Check out Bucci polycarbonate glasses - they are polarized, not too expensive, should last a couple of seasons.

FYI, polycarbonate used in most cheap, and expensive, sunglasses blocks UV naturally. Polarization is a good feature too, but that will cost a little more. It's worth it though.
