[pct-l] Bear can requirements

I'd pick it up at Kennedy Meadows. Is the idea of carrying a couple of extra pounds "needlessly" for a bit so bad?

If you depend on bearboxes, you have to camp where the boxes are. A can will give you more flexibility.
