[pct-l] Canadian Citizen Border Crossing

they absolutely do,  it's what echo and i have to do,

they have a box in the form for nationality.

if you are canadian, they can't stop you from coming home... but they do request 
you fill out the form.

Does anybody know if Canadian citizens entering Canada on the PCT still have
to fill out the "permit to enter canada" from the PCTA website?
