[pct-l] 2011 PCT Thru Hiker Permit

I faxed mine the day they opened up application downloads, yesterday, they
processed my cc for the 15 dollars to exit and re enter at whitney portal to
go down to lone pine. I would assume this means they have processed my app
and it's likely on its way to me.
