[pct-l] iGO charger and Samsung Android

Just tested the iGO powerXtender universal battery charger with my new
Android phone, a Samsung Fascinate.

I connected the charger with the phone at 15% of charge. After one hour of
charging (the iGo was warm to the touch and the green light was on) the
phone screen showed a message that read "100% charged, disconnect
charger". Yessss, that was fast. After disconnecting the charger, the
phone's battery symbol showed that no charging had occurred. The phone then
showed a screen "charge at 12%, connect a charger". Another attempt for a
minute or two yielded the same result, and the phone was down to 9%. It's
more like a battery discharger for this particular model phone. Anyway, just
a heads up...
