[pct-l] Wilderness First Aid

The Wilderness First Aid is required for Boy Scout Leaders so it should be
quite common and available through your local First Aid Chapters (or maybe
church groups), just about anywhere in the U.S. If you don't have an
active First Aid Chapter contact a local Scout Troop and ask them where
they took the course.
