[pct-l] Newbie section hike question

I agree - there are lots of really nice PCT miles to be had close to Mt.
Shasta.  Section O (starting at Burney Falls State Park) is not
super-exciting, though not horrible.  Section P (starting at Castle Crags)
takes you through the Trinity Alps Wilderness which is a wonderful area, and
sections Q and R are really nice too.  From Castle Crags to Highway 93
(Carter Meadows Summit) is about 80 miles and that would be a great section
for you to do next year.
