FWIW: When the To and CC lists get too long, the list software flags the posts as spam, and moderates them. "Reply All" should be uses sparingly, Either reply to the sender (if you want it private) or reply to the list address if you want it public, and the original poster will get your reply via the list. There is no need to send it to both them AND the list.
