[pct-l] PCT-L now in forum format

For those who have asked to see the PCT-L in forum format, now you have it:

Anyone can view the forum. Registered postholer.com hikers can respond
to messages in the forum, but they will not be sent to the PCT-L.

All emails sent from the PCT-L (starting 2 days ago) are in the forum.
They are organized by subject. Any EMail without a subject line is
omitted. At this time, messages will be kept for 90 days. That may
change later.
