[pct-l] Water Resistant nylon for tents

Hello all,

I wanted to see if anyone had experience with either the double rainbow tarp
tent, or making tarp tents with the 1.9 Silicon Nylon that is rated water
resistant rather than water proof.  It seems as though this fabric would be
fine unless a really big thunderstorm came through. Do these have a chance
of leaks or water dripping through?  We are going to have down sleeping bags
on our hike next year, and are concerned about keeping them dry.
