[pct-l] Manning Park going East

Greetings!
I received a query about going East when leaving Manning Park via public
transportation and then crossing into Washington.  This is much more
limited.

Greyhound goes east once a day, leaving Manning at 0955, arriving in Osoyoos
at 1425h.  The fare is $47.80 (not purchased in advance, not refundable).

There is practically non-existent public transportation in Osoyoos. It's 5
miles from the bus depot at 9912 Highway 3 in Osoyoos to the border crossing
into Oroville, WA.

As far as I can tell, Greyhound does not service Oroville on the Washington
side. The nearest bus station is in Okanagan, 45 miles south.
