[pct-l] What is a PCT Ambassador?

Not an article, but... just good manners. Like momma raised you up. I
consider politeness to be mainly thinking of others first. Respect and a
good attitude making dealing with others go smoothly. So put the toilet seat
down, say please and thank you, remember everything ISN'T about you, and
just be a good human being.
