[pct-l] tendonitis...minor injuries

I'm in the same boat with sore ankle. I injured it on a long day hike and after waiting two weeks had more problems last weekend on a 30 mile day  i have four weeks to heal and will do very little until I leave. I go to the orthopedic doc on Tuesday. Hope your recover goes well.
