Well when it comes to fishing I know a few things,unless your looking
for some inner peace,a fly pole is not needed for sierra lake fishing.
Grab a stick,some 2-4lbs. line,a couple hooks,maybe a swivel,and some
sinkers will do it. Im a huge fan of power eggs,if your good,you can
catch 20 trout(not in one day,5 is legal,less in spots) with the same
eggs! Yes a flypole is cool,or a breakdown spin/bait/cast,but dang not
on a thru! The main thing is your licence,make sure you got one,its a
really big deal here in cali,the goverment is broke,fines are big and
excuses dont work(ignorance will not help,doh!),and yes the F at G are
watching and there dam good at there jobs. Did you know they have the
power to search you,your home and everything you own without cause. Be
real nice to these folks,and dont lie,if your breaking the law,and
they all the sudden show up,they know. P.S. river and stream fishing
is another animal,and much more regulated. Fish On.
