[pct-l] clippers for the Shave Off

Forgive me if I seem a bit 'green' to all the PCT traditions that I have yet
to learn and pick up this year (yay!)...but is the 'shave-off' a rite of
passage to mark how 'beary' we get by the time we get to Manning Park, or
just a tactick to keep em ticks off....?
