[pct-l] shoe replacement

Idyllwild, Cabazon, Big Bear, Agua Dulce, Ridgecrest/Lake Isabella, Lone
Pine, Bishop, Mammoth, Tahoe, Burney(bus to Redding), Ashland, Bend and so
forth all have outfitters/shoe stores. With the ability to order from the
trail I don't see it as an issue.
