I totally agree with you.

I also think this illustrates why people should just suck it up and  
rely on natural water instead of caches and faucets. They used to do  
it way back before cellphones and iPods. Treat the PCT like the  
Wilderness trail it is and stop trying to bring civilization to the PCT.
