[pct-l] Kearsage Pass Trailhead

I was not at Onion Valley today. I'm 2900 miles away. Sharrel took photos and called me about the good news. She said road still has closed sign on it, but there were lots of campers at roads end and she even passed a ranger with no incident. 

Hikers, start your engines.
