You might do best by sending yourself a box. Castella is a very hiker place, more specifically Ammirati's Market, but the store is just one step above the usual mini-mart. The other option is hitching or walking into Dunsmuir. A very small town but very hiker friendly and there is a grocery store, I think at the north end of town. Anyone there can help you find what you want.
