[pct-l] Deep creek closure... why?

That trail maintenance project is not intended to repair the big slides and
the damaged bridge.  It may in fact actually get rescheduled until the major
repairs are done.

I'm sure they don't want people on it creating new trails and further
erosion until the trail can be repaired.  The PCTA site shows that there's a
project scheduled for Deep Creek from May 12-15.
