[pct-l] Section D snow hazard

yeh I haven't been up there but with all the snow we have had lately and the 
experience I've had up there...I can definitely say this is not a good time to 
be in that area fo realz!

I just got this message from a friend:
"Did a very fun snowshoe of Mount Baden-Powell..."

It's all relative. What's an impassable horror-fest to one is a fun romp in the 
snow to another. If you know your capabilities and strengths, you'll know when 
to proceed and when to turn around.

Baden-Powell is no joke under winter conditions, but one never knows until they 
see it for themselves.
