Make sure the road into Horseshoe will be open June 20th.
I know that Jared Smith, the Manager of Parchers Resort, will be happy to assist you with all your town needs:

And, VVR is always happy to help, just bring plenty of money.

If you need help with creek crossing skills, we're offering the instruction on that and more in our Spring Wilderness Skills Courses in May and June. Email us if you're interested in more information!

Parchers Resort. New one to me.

We actually have friends who want to meet us at the road end below Trail Pass.

If that works then it'll be VVR...lord willin and the creek (there it is again) don't rise.

And no ropes at the creek that riz!

Sounds like for that area you're back to Parcher's Resort on the east side of Bishop Pass and VVR a few days up from the MTR!

I've gone from worrying about crossing raging streams to worrying about roads opening.

Muir Trail Ranch suggested we do NOT send packages to them for late June/early July pick up.

Hey, while we're talking about road access out, does anyone know when the Horseshoe Meadow, Cottonwood Pass road will open?
