I found it (Heet) at Wal-mart despite not finding the denatured alcohol at one of our stores in Chula Vista a few days ago. I discussed the lack of denatured alcohol with two department employees, both of whom said it was recalled and removed from the shelves.

I still found yellow Heet that same day in the same store and I bought some.

I haven't checked stores like Home Depot, Sports Authority, and Big 5 in my area. But I'm assuming if Heet is still available at Wal-mart then it is still available elsewhere, just maybe not the denatured alcohol.
