As seen on another page on that site:

"Wind speed <http://anr.ucsd.edu/cgi-bin/CSgraph.pl?s=172.16.196.30-HPWREN:ML:Wind_Sp_AV:1:0&t=Mount%20Laguna%20CS%20datalogger&y=Wind%20speed%20average%20in%20Miles%20per%20hour>=
48.8 meter/sec 109.2 Miles/hr "

Whoa, 100+ mph!!!!!!!!!!!

Good things is says this at the bottom:

"NOTE: Very high wind speeds (above 80 Mph or so) are likely incorrect and
due to anemometer ice buildup under wet and freezing conditions. The
built-in heater should eventually allow it to recover. "
