[pct-l] SCAQMD Rule 1143 & Denatured Alcohol Question

LOL, Brandon read my mind!

I'm reading this thread late, and may have missed this. Can we still mail
the fuel following the same regulations as before? I'm already worried about
finding alcohol, but since I'm mailing food, might as well mail fuel!
