[pct-l] Water Consumption - desert

I don't have a reliable source, and I've been internet searching for a
while, because, you know, the internet's so reliable.

But it does kind of make sense that your body tries to keep itself at a
certain temperature, and if it has more mass to keep warm, its going to take
more energy to do it. So getting rid of your bladder is kind of like eating
a granola bar in your sleeping bag - it just frees up more energy to go
towards keeping you (your extremities especially) warm.

Although, since urine is mostly water, and water is good at staying hot and
cold, maybe my logic is flawed and urine actually keeps you warmer... but
empirically, it seems true that peeing makes you warmer after.
