[pct-l] SCAQMD Rule 1143 & Denatured Alcohol Question

AFAIK, the reason for sleeping with your gas canister for your stove is so 
the fuel will be warm enough to readily vaporize.

As to liquid fuels, I've never heard of sleeping with the fuel. Probably 
wouldn't hurt as long as your fuel bottles don't leak.
