[pct-l] backcountry.net mailing list memberships reminder

FYI...
I just tried switching my list subscription to a different email. My email
to mailman-requests was sent back and backcountry.net is not working.

Ironically, replying to this email also gets returned.

oh well, I hope I can change this before my hike!
