The Forest Service did not endorse nor accept the Wilderness Act.  They have
chosen to interpret it to THEIR benefit, that is to make the least amount of
work for them in their areas of responsibility.

This is an interesting piece.
Is it true that the Forest Service isn¹t posting signage along trails in
Wilderness Areas or is it more of a fiscal issue and Mr. Stoll is
misinformed and trying to score a political point?
