[pct-l] Marmot precip one more chance.

Giving the marmot precip one more chance. So many people on list very happy 
 with it thought I would take one more whack at it.  Picked one up a  week 
ago and sprayed outside with one 5 oz can of revivex air dry water  
repellent that I picked up at REI. Was out in the so calif rain today for  over two 
hours and no wet out at all.   Like to hear your  thoughts......  Panama
