Squatch,
I field-repaired mine this summer with duct tape. It is still on, surprisingly. I have thought about hand-stitching a patch with silnylon, then seam-sealing it. Like you, I'm open for suggestions.

Subject: [pct-l] Patch material for Marmot Driclime Windshirt?
In a freak "helping-my-Dad-light-a-gopher-bomb" incident, a lovely 3/4 inch hole has burned into the front of my beloved windshirt. Any patching recommendations?
Thanks,
Squatch
