[pct-l] What underwear do you wear hiking?

Dear PCT,

For the ladies; I have always just worn the same cotton bikinis I wear all
the time (Victoria Secret). They wash and wear well and I have never ever
had chaffing. This year, I bought 2 pairs of a synthetic fiber bikini from
REI designed for strength and durability on the trail or for travel. They
also supposedly dried quickly. However, I never got a chance to try them
out as I had situations occur during both times that I scheduled my
wilderness permits.
