I would put food first.  According to the
polls<http://planyourhike.com/polls/index.html>most hikers have at
least some of their food sent to them.  Of those that
do, roughly half have MOST of thier food sent to them.  So you aren't doing
anything super unusual there.  I would put food first because it is probably
going to be the most expensive, and because it will give you peace of mind
(I actaully had recuuring nightmares before I left on my trip.  In the
nightmare I would be all packed up and would be hiking down the PCT and then
suddenly realize 'I forgot the food!')

After that I would prepare your resupply packages, number them, and prepare
a mailing schedule so your support person knows when to send the boxes.

After these two things you'll feel a LOT better and more prepared for your
trip.

Then I'd work on tweaking your gear around to get it just the way you like
it.  :)
