Even without that, my girlfriend loves her ULA.

The important thing is to get it properly fit.  

When we went to the Zero Day, we had the owner fit us.  He said that where most people go wrong is that they think because it for a woman, it needs a smaller size pack.  When in reality, a 5'8" woman can have a longer spine/torso pack dimension than a 6' male.
