Sorry for the repost, I didn't change the subject line

As administrator, it seems that we have a concerted effort by one or
more individuals posting from newly subscribed anonymous address to
convert the topic of this list into a "why bicycles should be allowed
on the PCT."

As administrator I declare the subject "off topic."

No more posts about the subject. Nothing will be gained from it, and
no minds will be changed, just a lot of angry noise.
