Do you have a timestamp for that photo?  The sun appears to be coming in
from roughly 8 or 9 o'clock (in the relative direction sense, not the time
sense), judging from shadows on the middle ridge.  If you knew what time of
day it was when you took the photo that would tell you roughly which
direction you were facing.
