[pct-l] Snow pack in California

Good afternoon, Denis,
Since the main use of this data is by California water resource managers the
sections depicted on the "Plot-2010" charts are in terms of major river
drainage. This can be a bit tedious to piece together from normal PCT maps
because it’s not always clear into which major drainage a small stream will
eventually contribute, but this is the big picture:
*Southern Section:** * San Joaquin and Mono Rivers through the Kern and
Owens Rivers
*Central Section:* Yuba and Tahoe Rivers through Merced and Walker Rivers
*Northern Section:* Trinity River through Feather and Truckee Rivers
Those definitions appeared on previous plots, such as:
