[pct-l] First Aid Kits for PCT/JMT

Is there a web site somewhere that has recommendations for what to put in a first aid kit for JMT hikes?  I usually like to put together my own and don't feel the need to spend big bucks for a ready-made one, nor carry one that's big and heavy if I don't need to.
