[pct-l] Please stop burning up our trail - PCT closure SanJacinto

"They had to call for help and were evacuated by helicopter from a large rock as the fire raged around them. the fire chief told us they would be charged for the cost of putting it out - maybe about $35,000."

Anyone know the rules and regs by which they would be charged for the cost?  Just curious.
