[pct-l] Injury on PCT

When the diseased part is angry, the icing is effective, but icing
itself do not facilitate the recovery.

When the inflammation of the diseased part is calm, you should try to
keep  warm the  injured parts. Warming makes the recovery rapidly.
Gentle movements also facilitate the recovery.
