Yes.  They can mail out packages if you provide the box; they have labels.  They can calculate the postage though a flate-rate priority mail box makes it easier on everyone.  I mailed home a box from there last June as I was leaving for the High Sierra.  I used an old priority mail box I found from a pile over at Tom's Cyber Cafe.
