I started with everything under the sun, because I am such a good Girl
Scout. But by the end of my hike I had only a few necessities: Benedryll,
perscription strength Advil, imodium, Z-pack (broad spectrum antibiotic),
flagyll (as an emergency), Superglue, Duct tape, neosporin spray and a
couple squares of mole skin.
The items I used the most were the superglue and duct tape. I filled in all
my blisters with superglue to create a fake calus and covered them up to
keep the grit out.
