There was only one brand I liked and only one company made them.  
Every month I swear they cost a dollar more per box. After they  
stopped raising the price, the quantity per box went down. Soon the  
individual tampons got smaller. I cursed the evil Tampon Industrial  
Complex that had us women as a captive market, unable to make a  
choice. If I had had a Diva cup I would have laughed heartily at  
finally breaking free.

Just like hiking the trail I learned I could be free of a lot of  
stuff they want me to think I can't live without.
