[pct-l] Hands free Umbrella holder

I have a Granite Gear Vapor Trail pack that has a 6" wide opening behind
where the
straps join and the main pack.
I had a fiberglass tent pole that I did not use for a project about 18" long
now x .25"
and by removing the handle from the unbrella the pole fit inside the shaft
and will sild up and down
to get the correct height for head clearance.  Umbrella is Orange and from
Walmart a couple
years ago for under $10.00 -- 8 oz - the extension fits into the collapsed
umbrella and slips in
the same pocket when not using for sun or rain.

I purchased a Go Lite chrome dome umbrella, and I use hiking poles. Any
ideas about the best way to manage both?
