I don't understand why everyone hates section O. Yes, there are a couple
sections of dense forest, and a few clear cuts, but for a couple days the
trail stays high on the ridge approaching Grizzly Peak, then there is a nice
canyon with almost rainforest growth, the McCloud River, and finally the
views of Castle Crags.

Maybe it helps I hiked it in June while the logging roads were still buried
in snow.

Yes, JJ, those composers would be splendid on Big Horn Plateau, but I just
bask in the sounds of nothing there.
