[pct-l] Bug net and dope in SOCAL??

You don't need bug dope in SoCal. It won't do anything anyway. A  
headnet might keep the flies out of your nose, but they will be few.  
Ticks will also be rare as you will spend very little time in the oak  
woodlands they prefer. Ticks like a bit of moisture.
