[pct-l] Mistakes I made while hiking

I'll elaborate later on the mistakes I made during my 2006 attempt,  
where I did 2400 miles then had to quit because it was winter. For the  
moment I will say that I too believe I got giardiasis (or something  
similar) at KM.
