Good evening, Adam,
I don’t use regular TP, I use Kleenex from those little pocket-sized packets
of 15 sheets. I usually carry two packets for five days, but typically have
some left over. They come in my resupply boxes, but can be had at just
about any convenience store.

Except in rare instances the used sheets are saved in a Ziploc bag left over
from a food item.
