No underwear at all, just two pair of running shorts with mesh briefs.
Unless it's cold and rainy, I wash one pair a day. I've been known to
stop, step out of my shorts, rinse them in a creeklet or boggy tarn, and
put them back on. No need for underwear at all
I'm a guy of course...
