[pct-l] SoCal section hike recommendation

You might consider from Aguga Dulce (mile 455)  to Highway 58 in Tachapi Pass (mile 567)  or from there to Walker Pass (mile 653).  The first hike will take you through the Mojave Desert.  It gets cold at night but this time of your you will avoid the blistering heat of the summer.  The second hike is higher, mostly around 4-5K with some peaks at 6 & 7K, challenging but doable.
